OMRS Staff

The real work of OMRS is done in the eight homes where about 90 people do an awesome job of meeting the everyday needs of the people served by OMRS, providing the structure, assistance, and encouragement each individual requires.

This work is supported by an administrative team of four people, three of whom have their offices in McMinnville, Oregon. The phone number there is 503-474-1213.

Loralei Lavoie, the Resident Services Director, has primary responsibility for assuring that the people OMRS serves receive the supports they need.  She is a Certified Medical Assistant who began her employment with OMRS as a direct support staff person.  She works closely with group home staff and the medical community to identify and manage the variety of challenges experienced by the individuals served by OMRS. Rod Wilson is OMRS’ Facilities and Finance Manager.  In addition to watching over the finances of OMRS, Rod has primary responsibility for overseeing the repair and maintenance of the homes. Management of the fleet of vehicles used by OMRS to meet the transportation needs of residents is also his assignment. E-mail Rod at

Deana  Arens  is the Residential Support Coordinator for OMRS.  She provides direction to the quality assurance program, the Individual Support Planning process, and the human resource functions.  Deana was previously the Program Manager in two of our homes.  She can be contacted at the McMinnville office.
