OMRS Staff
The real work of OMRS is done in the seven group homes, where about 65 people do an awesome job of meeting the every day needs of the people served by OMRS, providing the structure, assistance, and encouragement each individual requires. This work is supported by an administrative team of four people, three of whom have their offices in McMinnville, Oregon. The phone number there is 503-474-1213. Becky McCulloch is OMRS’s Program Coordinator. She has been with OMRS for 14 years, starting out as a direct care provider, and moving into progressively more responsible positions. She now supervises the seven Program Managers, assuring quality resident care and compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules. E-mail Becky at omrsbecky1@onlinemac.com Loralei Lavoie is a Certified Medical Assistant who also began her employment with OMRS as a direct care provider. She is very knowledgeable about health issues specific to persons with developmental disabilities. She works closely with physicians, state nurses, and house staff to identify and treat the variety of health challenges experienced by the individuals in OMRS group homes.
