Our Mission:
To establish and operate Christ-centered group homes
for adults with developmental disabilities

We do so with the following guiding principles in mind:

Independence
As we assist our residents in gaining the personal living skills necessary for them to achieve success in their daily lives, we will consistently model the life skills of initiative, responsibility, honesty, and integrity. We believe it is our role to foster a sense of self-worth and self-confidence so that they may live and work in the community as independently as possible. Self-respect will follow when individuals are allowed to make the personal choices that give their lives definition and purpose.
Interdependence
Our homes will maintain safe, loving family environments where each individual's unique personality is accepted and appreciated, where needs will be understood and met with compassion, and where friendships and mutual trust develop between fellow residents and staff.

Personal Fulfillment
We believe that all people are capable of personal growth throughout their lives. To that end, we will embrace and support our residents' efforts to contribute to society and to the communities in which they live. We will encourage them to nurture their dreams and to live to their fullest potential.

"Let us consider how we may spur one another on
toward love and good deeds... Let us encourage one another."
Hebrews 10:24-35
